Box Office

Visit us on the east side of the first floor concourse at The Dietz Welcome Desk and Braden Box Office.

Guests can purchase tickets by visiting the Dietz Welcome Desk and Braden Box Office or via Ticketmaster.com.

Credit and/or debit cards are accepted. No cash, checks, or over the phone sales permitted.

Parking

For your convenience, an hourly fee parking lot is located just behind the Bone Student Center, on Locust Street. Street parking is also available within walking distance around the facility. Special event parking rates may apply and vary based on different events.

Policies and Permitted Items

All guests may be subject to bag checks and metal detector screenings, and must abide by University and Bone Student Center policies.

Permitted Items

Cell phones
Unopened plastic bottle of water (not to exceed 20 oz)
Earplugs
Hats
Sunglasses or binoculars (cases not permitted)
Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12."
One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar)
Small clutch bags, no larger than 4.5" x 6.5", with or without a handle or strap can be taken into the venue with one of the clear plastic bags.
Seat cushions with no arms or pockets and no larger than 16" x 16"
An exception will be made for medically necessary items or diaper bags after proper inspection at the proper medical gate.

Prohibited Items

Food, beverage, and alcohol (except unopened 20oz plastic bottle of water)
Containers of any kind (including coolers, thermoses, cups, cans, flasks, etc.)
Signs, flags, flagpoles, and stadium cushions
Headphones
Noisemakers
Animals (except service animals)
Umbrellas
Projectiles (including balls, frisbees, balloons, etc.)
Aerosol and spray cans
Professional cameras, video cameras, GoPro, recording devices, tripods, drones, and selfie sticks
Laser pointers/ pens
Lighters, vapes, pens, e-cigarettes, and all tobacco/ cannabis products. Illinois State University is a smoke- and tobacco-free campus. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside or outside of the venue.
Weapons/ mace
Any other item that may impair the view/enjoyment of others.
Purses larger than a clutch bag
Backpacks
Fanny packs
Cinch bags
Luggage of any kind
Computer bags
