Room rentals are based upon the individual or group sponsoring, hosting or holding the event. See the appropriate category for your event to determine your rental rates. If you are unsure about which category applies to you, contact the Event Services and Catering office at (309) 438-2222.
Public and Nonprofit
Events hosted by public or nonprofit groups.
University
Events hosted by university colleges, departments, or recognized committees
Registered Student Organization (RSO)
Events in which students are anticipated to be in the majority of those in attendance. In addition, the function must be sponsored by a student organization currently registered with Illinois State University. The event must be planned by a member of the organization who will also serve as the primary contact with the Event Services and Catering office.
Make a deposit or payment
Event Management, Dining, and Hospitality offers public, nonprofit, and independent RSO clients the ability to make a deposit or payment for their event with a credit card.
The event number is required in order to process your payment. The event number can be found on your agreement or banquet event order.
