New Check-In Process
Staring September 1st, a new check-in process will be implemented for Registered Student Organization (RSO) events that take place in the Bone Student Center. Procedural Updates
Sponsored Registered Student Organizations
- Sponsored RSO’s must have their advisor sign the agreements regardless if there are charges or not.
- Sponsored RSO events must be paid by a University account number and/or Foundation funds. Credit card and checks are no longer acceptable forms of payment for Sponsored RSO events. An account number must be provided at the time of booking.
Independent Registered Student Organizations
- Independent RSO advisors only need to sign off on the agreement or banquet event order if there are charges associated with the event.
- Independent RSO events must be paid in full five business days before the event. To guarantee Independent RSO rates, payment using a University account number will only be accepted if the account number/Foundation check is from an Independent RSO programming or opportunity fund. Payment by check or credit card is also permitted but applicable tax will be added to all catering charges.
